From beginning to end we will take all the necessary steps to ensure your satisfaction. The
workmanship of parts and installation is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of completed
installation. Your satisfaction is virtually guaranteed because we will take the time in
the planning stages to insure you know what you are getting before any manufacturing takes
place.
For new construction we will visit the site after the house has been framed to take
measurements of the rough openings. At this time we can discuss the design and styles of
your stair and plan an approximate date for installation. The installation window for new
construction is after the completion of primed drywall and before painting of trim, doors, &
walls.
Homes with hardwood stairs will almost always have hardwood flooring. We are often asked
about our relationship with the floor installation process. The answer is that we can install
stairs before, after, and during floor installation. The one major area of discussion between
stairs and floors is at the balcony/nosing areas. In my opinion, all nosings on a project be left
for the stair contractor. The nosing is an integral part of the stair system and should only be
installed by a qualified stair installer.
